Individuals cannot apply directly. Applications are submitted by VET institutions (vocational education and training institutions) who then select participants from their staff or students. Partner organizations can also host teachers in training for placements abroad.

The program supports various mobility activities, including:

VET institutions established in a program country and holding an Erasmus+ VET Mobility accreditation are eligible to apply.
